Ordering Procedures and Orders

  • What should I do if I failed to receive the "Order Confirmation" notification email after I successfully ordered?
  • The "Order Confirmation" notification email will be sent to your email address within 20 minutes after the order is confirmed, please be patient. If you have not received the email, please email to [email protected] with the order number. 
  • How can I receive Food Coupon or Cash Coupon?
  • You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email after you successfully ordered. Food Coupon or Cash Coupon will be generated in QR Code via confirmation email.
  • What should I do if I entered the wrong email address and phone number when ordering the product?
  • Please email to [email protected] with the order number immediately.

Pick-up at Branch

  • If I opt for “Self-Pickup”, how do I collect the order?
  • Please visit the designated store for collection at the exact time and date as shown in the confirmation letter. Upon collection, please present a valid ordering number and confirmation letter.
  • Can I authorize others to pick up?
  • You can pick up in person or authorize others to use a valid ordering number and present the confirmation letter upon picking up the order. However, as the ordering code will become invalid once it is used, you must keep the ordering number properly.
  • Can I change the self-pickup/delivery date, time or address after placing an order?
  • Once an order is confirmed and accepted, there will be no changes to the delivery information.

Redeem at Branch

  • How to redeem the order?
  • All branches* are available for redemption. Please present the QR code before ordering. Food Coupon can only be used in the related time-segments.
  • How many coupon can be used per transaction?
  • Unlimted use for Food Coupon or Cash Coupon per transaction. Please refer to realted coupon's T&C for more details 
  • Can I share the coupon to others?
  • You can share the coupon to others but each QR code can be used once only.

Return and Refund

  • Can I return or refund after placing an order?
  • Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and cannot be returned / exchanged or refunded. If you find that there is a problem with the quality of the item after picking up, you can email to [email protected] with the order number immediately.

Payment

  • What payment methods can I use?
  • You can pay by credit card (VISA or Mastercard, except UnionPay and American Express Cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay Hong Kong, WeChat Pay or Alipay China, using Hong Kong dollars as the transaction.
  • Why do I show unsuccessful or unable to process your request when paying by credit card?
  • Due to some individual reasons, the purchase process may not be successfully completed, such as: busy line, interruption, etc., customers can try again later, if still unsuccessful, please check with the issuing bank.

Use Alipay

  • Why can't I use Alipay to pay in my mobile phone?
  • At present, Alipay payment cannot be completed in WeChat APP or Safari: If you use WeChat APP or Safari for shopping, you need to copy and paste the link to other browsers to complete the payment. We recommend using Firefox (version 27 or above) or Chrome (version 38 or above) for payment on the web.
  • Why am I still unable to use Alipay?
  • Alipay transactions have a timeout limit, and transactions that are placed more than 15 minutes before completion will be unable to pay due to timeout. If the payment is not completed, leave the Alipay web page / close the browser as a "payment was not successful".
