Self-pickup

• If, in the event of typhoon or rainstorm, customer would like to change the pick-up date, please contact our outlet at least 24 hours before the pick-up date. The changed date shall be within 7 days after the original pick-up date. Café de Coral Fast Food Limited reserves the rights of final decision on the acceptance of change request. If customer cannot pick-up on pick-up date, the order will be treated as being forfeited and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Self-pickup is available in all branches of Cafe de Coral except: Kerry Centre, Infinitus Plaza, CITIC Tower, Concession HOK 53 (Hong Kong Station), Concession HOK 27A & 27B (Hong Kong Station), Concession KOW (Kowloon Station), China Hong Kong City, Festival Walk, New Soy Street, Millennium City 1, Two Sky Parc, Kowloon Commerce Centre, Metroplaza, Magnet Place, The Wai, The Arles, Chung Fu Plaza, Butterfly Shopping Centre, PopCornII  
• Upon collection, please present a valid ordering number and the confirmation letter.
• If customer cannot pick-up the food at the date and time specified on notification email, the order will be forfeited and there will be no refund.

• The total payment for the online ordering service, or the balance of the payment after discounts or discounts (if applicable) must be paid online by credit card (VISA or Mastercard, except UnionPay and American Express Cards), Octopus, Apple Pay, Alipay HK, Google Pay, Payme, Alipay CN, Wechat Pay HK or Wechat Pay CN.
